Pour s'assurer que l'email existe et que vous ne soyez pas un robot 😜, nous vous demandons de valider votre email.

Lors de la création de votre compte, un email vous à été envoyé. Il vous suffit de cliquer sur le bouton "Je valide mon adresse mail" présent dans le mail
Pensez à vérifier vos Spams ! Il peut arriver que le mail soit arrivé dans cette boite !

How to delete my account ?

You can delete your account at any time and easily:
From a web browser :
1- Log in to your account. 2- Click on your profile picture (menu on the left).
3- Press “Delete”.
4- Confirm by clicking “OK” in the dialog box.

From mobile app :
1- Open the app and log in to your account.
2- Open main menu
3- Click on your profile image.
4- At the bottom of your account screen, click on "Delete my account".
5- Confirm your choice with "OK"

There you go, it's done. (But we'll miss you! 😉)

I deleted my account. Where did my data go?

Once your account has been deleted, your data will be retained for a period of one year..
However, you can request that these be deleted here.

What is a generic product?

In your account, you can create what are known as “generic” products. This means that you have multiple copies of the same item, but you only create a single product listing, indicating the quantity you have in stock. This makes it much easier to track progress!

What is a kit?

A kit allows you to combine several products into a set that you can rent or lend.
For example, you can combine a drill and a pack of drill bits in the same listing. Handy, isn't it?

How do I set the visibility of my product?

In private mode, only you and members of your organization can see the product.
In public mode, your product will be visible to Internet users, who will be able to contact you and rent this product.

How do I calculate my rate?

The easiest way is to look at similar listings in your area. This is a good point of comparison to see how you stack up against the competition and ensure you get rented!

What to do if the item is damaged or stolen ?

In the event that an item is damaged, broken, or not returned, the lessor and the lessee shall resolve the matter amicably.
If a security deposit has been established, it is handled outside the platform between the landlord and the tenant.

Comment suis-je payé.e ?

You’ll receive the money in your online wallet as soon as the tenant confirms the payment through the Stripe system!

Que se passe-t-il si j’annule la location ? ?
